Ana María Bresciani

 BIOGRAPHY

Ana María Bresciani is a curator and writer, currently employed at KORO – Public Art Norway in a project group for the New Government Quarter. Previously, she was the senior curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at Henie Onstad Kunstsenter where she developed exhibitions, publications, and related programming. Bresciani also cleared the provenance of works in the collection dated before 1945 and developed strategies for acquisitions to diversify the collection. She has curated solo exhibitions with artists like Jumana Manna (2018) and Catherine Opie (2017), and group exhibitions like Every Moment Counts-AIDS and its Feelings (2022), The Hour of Reckoning (2021), and The Great Monster Dada Show (2019).
