Lars Mørch Finborud

 BIOGRAPHY

Lars Mørch Finborud (b. 1980) is an author and curator. Finborud worked as curator for music, performance and visual arts at Henie Onstad Kunstsenter between 2008-2019. Finborud has initiated the record companies Plastic Strip Press, Prisma Records and O. Gudmundsen Minde, focusing on releasing jazz, electronic music, soul and hip-hop. In 2013 he debuted as an author with the novel The Black Signs and followed up with the novel Ozenfant, Ozenfant in 2017 and Suffer the Sun, Suffer the Rain in 2022. Finborud has curated exhibitions on Arne Nordheim, Bauhaus, Jenny Hval, Christopher Nielsen, Fadlabi, Nils-Aslak Valkeapää, Boyle Family, Marina Abramovic, Høvik Ballett and Håkon Bleken.
