Sissel Lillebostad (1958) is director of Art Centre Kabuso, Hardanger. She is also a curator at Vestlandet University College, campus Bergen, and greenlight district 2019. She was Chief Editor of Numer, a magazine dedicated to Drawing 2015-18, head of Creative Curating at KMD 2004-2014, writer and editor of Kunstjournalen and a freelance curator and artist. Educated at KHiO (Oslo Academy of Art), KMD (Faculty of Fine Art, Music and Design, Bergen) and University of Bergen.
